Wes & Monique Gray have been in Kid’s Ministry for over 25 years!! They have been married 26 years+ and have two wonderful children (Blessings!!) Daughter Bethanie (25) & son-in-law Landon (25), whom are also involved in multiple church ministries.  Their son Brayden (15) is a sophomore in high school and is a worship leader in Kidz Church. 

Wes and Monique have a little Hobby Farm with horses, chickens, cats, rabbits, 2 spoiled dogs and plans to add some goats. They both enjoy gardening and of course, the hobby farm! They have full time jobs, but their Joy is Kids’ Ministries!!

Through the years, Bro. Wes & Sis. Monique have attended multiple kids’ ministry trainings and have planned several kids' events & have been directors of VBS at our church for over 10 years.

Monique has always enjoyed kid’s ministries, as her parents were pastors & she helped at a very young age in Sunday School & various kids ministries. It’s kind of cliché, but they LOVE kids & their biggest heart is for kids to learn about God & develop that relationship with Him! They earnestly pray that the seeds they sow in the kids will grow & they can become bold Christian teenagers!! They always get a little sad when the time comes for their kids to step into youth. 

Small Soldier’s Kids Church will not leave your kids “BORED”! They keep things moving with various activities to keep the kids engaged. We have games, object lessons, skits, video lessons, puppets who are called “friends”, crafts & more…. all to inspire the love for Jesus! They have had so many parents say, “Just come get me, if they are giving you trouble”, after all these years they can only think of a few times that they had to get a parent.

OUR KIDZ PASTOR’S GOAL: “For the very short time we get to teach, is that we can help these Awesome kids desire a relationship with Jesus and for Him to become their SOLID FOUNDATION to hold them STRONG for the future to come!!!
